The one thing that is constant, is change

Humble beginnings was the birth of with-emily.com. I propelled myself into the online corporate world when the nation was forced into isolation early days of 2020. Like so many of us, my once client-facing, very secure job, was put on pause. I was taking forced leave that I didn't have, I was deeply missing human connection, and I really wasn't too sure how long we were going to be living like this.

My creative and enthusiastic spirit nudged me into the unknown, which was about to become my absolute sole mission. Working in the Mindfulness space amongst a global pandemic was never going to be easy. But the gift of offering up space and steadiness to feel, breathe, express and just BE... was what kept me going. I do what I love, and love what I do.

With Emily has now become more. Because I can offer more. I have thrown myself into resources and study that can help play a part in me being the best support person possible in an industry that is overworked, overwhelmed and stressed. It doesn't need to be this way.

Welcome to 'The Calm Down'. The vision is big, vast and now my life dream.

But for the moment, it is a gentle rebrand and recalibration of what I'd love to offer to the Corporate world. I have had the honour of working intimately with Corporations and individuals over the last 2+ years; refining what I do and how I can support the world. I can't wait to watch this platform grow.
